A warm welcome awaits you in our centrally heated home which is approx. 12-15 minutes from the beach and the town centre.

Our bed and breakfast accommodation consists of two double bedrooms - both with en-suite shower facilities.

Each bedroom has its own colour television, fridge for cold drinks and tea/coffee making facilities.

access is free for all our guests.

A radio and cd player and some cds are also provided for our guests.

Ample off-road parking is always available for our clients' use.

Guests are also free to use the front patio garden and small dogs are welcome.

Full English breakfast is provided daily and we are only too happy to cater for vegetarians. We only serve organic food and all our bread is homemade.

Our rates are very competetive and vary from £65 - 75 per night per room from low to high season.

All our accommodation is non-smoking.

We are also rated by the East Anglian Tourist Board.
